On 22 january 2012 standard schnauzer Nois Epoha Ylang Ylang 10 months old female was sent from Moscow to Tel Aviv by Aeroflot flight 2503. Upon arrival to Tel Aviv the crate with the dog was damaged and schnauzer escaped while unloaded from the plane. The dog is still on the landing field.2 days olready. Yesterday the authorities of Ben Gurion allowed the future owner of the dog to enter the landing field but all the efforts to take the dog were vain as it takes a lot of time to get a permission to cross the landing zone EVERY time when the dog appeares in the view of people.
Today the new airport attendants do not allow the owner to come to the landing field and doing nothing to catch the dog by themselves. There is no kynological police in Ben Gurion airport so one cannot send a dog to catch the schnauzer by playing or by aggression. Airport authorities donot allow to let another schnauzer to be in the landing field to play with Ylang and then come together to people. Ben Gurion authorities do not anything to help people to get the dog.
The israelian schnauzer world found the proffy who helps to catch animals (domestic and wild ones) in this airport as it happens rather often. That person is supposed to shoot the dog with tranquilizer WITHOUT crossing the landing way. We pray that Ben Gurion authorities allow him to come to the landing field tomorrow.
